EXODUS issue 1

Published November 1994. We were having a problem deciding who will do the covers since we all want to take a shot at it. I then proposed a layout for Roy Allan Martinez to pencil. That did it, and here is the final product, manually colored by Lui Antonio.

Sir Gilber, I can't belive it, pero eto after more than a decade nag-cross path uli tayo. You signed my "EXODUS 1" when I bought it at PLATINUM (Robinson's Galleria)with you is Jim or Jay Jimenez who sign my comic. Tagal kong tinago yon kasama ng Alamat 101 ko (which naipakita ko na kay Sir Gerry ng nag-attend ako ng 5th Anniversary ng Komikero).
Sad to say...Alamat 101 lang ang nasagip ko sa baha... Nag try pa akong i-save sya by drying it up kaso, nagdikit-dikit na talaga lahat...Half of my collections had GONE TO WASTE dahil sa pagkakabaha sa amin.

Well...anyway, I am much happier dahil eto na ako...kausap-kausap ko ulit ang mga hinangaan ko sa Pinoy Comic Artist at writer noon. I Thank you guys for bringing ngapala DC Superheroes sa local market...If not for that back issues that I got, hindi ako mag-babalik komiks at makikilala ang mga KOMIKERO...SALAMAT!

And hope to meet you in person, (sa comic con sa Oct.21 i will be there) soon.

Thanks and God Bless.
